Suarträ always varies in tone, color and pattern. Wood is a living material that expands and contracts, causing cracks and knots. We take steps during transport and in our warehouse to dry and coat suar wood items, but it can still hold moisture deep inside which can seep out over time. Treating the product with a protective oil annually is recommended, this will also revive the color.
